Platform Settings

Issuer admins can configure here everything related to the general settings for their issuer(s).

General

Within the general settings, the Issuer Admin can update the Issuer name, as well as enable Token deployment on Ethereum, and a Servicing branding.

In order to allow Token deployments on Ethereum for your tokens, or Servicing branding, you need to contact customer support.

Note: Deploying to Ethereum blockchain requires manual configuration due to transaction costs. Please contact customer support if you want to enable it. All other networks are automatically enabled and available when deploying a token.

Accounts

Here, as an Issuer Admin, you can add other Issuer Admins, or give access to the platform to new Token Creators.

If you choose to add a new account, you need to provide a valid email for that user, that will be used to login into the platform, the first name, the last name, and his permission (Issuer admin, or Token Creator).

You can also edit an existing account, in this case the email used to login, canโ€™t be modified. If you need to modify an email, you will need to delete that account, and create a new one, as explained below.

If an account is not longer valid, or needed, you can delete the account.

Supported Wallets

Within this section, Issuer Admins can select the type of wallets they will support. You need to have at least on of the options activated, in order to allow investors to qualify for your offerings.

If you want to enable integrated wallets, you need to contact customer support in order to configure everything.
