First Token Deployment in Production - Checklist
Hereโs a helpful checklist to guide you through the process of deploying your first token in production:
- Complete and pass Tokeny KYB Onboarding Procedure.
- Complete the "General Information" form.
- Complete the "Qualification Module" form if applicable.
- Share with Tokeny the integration API keys for SumSub (see guidelines here) and DocuSign if applicable.
- Ensure that all due invoices have been settled.
- Verify the Qualification, Subscription and Redemption Module Setup (if applicable) in your testing environment.
- Test and validate the content and delivery of Automated Transactional Emails Sent to Investors after each action.
- Create your DNS record if you plan to leverage the Investor App with the following details:
Name: [your_domain_name]
Type: CNAME
Value: proxy-tls.tokeny.com - Request access to Production Servicing to customers@tokeny.com. You will receive an invitation email from noreply@tokeny.com, with a temporary password to access https://servicing.tokeny.com/auth/signin.
- Deploy your first ERC-3643 token in production (see Guide to configure and deploy an ERC3643 token). If you intend to issue several tokens sharing the same investor whitelist please refer to this article.
- After successfully deploying your first token, notify support@tokeny.com to deploy and connect your Investor App to your Servicing platform.
- In parallel, you will be able to add agents to your token. Note that you will receive the Subscription & Redeem form by email each time a token is deployed into production. You must complete it if you wish to enable the subscription and/or redeem module(s) for that specific token.
- You can request Marketplace Access for your token owners or agents by emailing support@tokeny.com who will take care of the account setup. This access allows them to create Marketplace projects.
