Onboarding Journey: From Contract Signature to Accessing Production

This article outlines the key steps in the Tokeny onboarding journey, guiding you from contract signature to accessing the production environment. At this stage the focus is on providing access to the testing portals where you can familiarize yourselves with the platform before transitioning to production.

  1. The onboarding process begins once the contract is signed either manually or through Stripe.
  2. After signing the contract, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will send you an email inviting you to complete the "General Information" form and the Tokeny KYB Onboarding Procedure.
  3. Once the "General Information" form is completed, your CSM will share their calendar link to schedule a 60-minute Kick-Off call.
  4. During the Kick-Off call, you will be granted access to your Servicing Platform and Investor App (https://yourissuername-investorapp-testing.tokeny.com/auth/sign-in) in the testing environment. The main goal of this call is to explore the key functionalities of the platform with your CSM (for more details about the Kick-Off call agenda, click here).
  5. After the Kick-Off call, you will be invited to complete the "Qualification Module" and the "Subscription & Redeem" forms (if applicable). Note that when a token is deployed in testing, both the Qualification and Subscription modules are pre-configured with default values (e.g., Lorem Ipsum agreements & disclaimers, default KYC dataset and documents, random token price, etc.). Once you submit the forms, your CSM will update your Investor App in the testing environment to reflect a setup that closely mirrors the production environment.
  6. Take time to test and explore the platform in the testing environment to ensure everything is set up correctly and meets your expectations.
  7. Once you are satisfied with the testing phase, you can request to transition to the production environment by contacting customers@tokeny.com (for more information on the next steps to move to production, click here).

This checklist helps ensure that all necessary steps are completed to successfully test the platform and prepare for production setup. The onboarding process is designed to give clients a hands-on learning experience before going live with their token(s) deployment(s) in the production environment.
