How can I adjust my investor information?

If at any stage you would like to adjust the information for your investors, you need to access their information on the Investor list, where you can then revoke their qualification. This will change their status and allow them to edit their information via the Investor Portal and then you can re-qualify them. 

This will only work when a candidate is Qualified and Approved but is not a Token Holder.

You need to navigate from the Dashboard to Investors > Investor list, and you can then "Revoke" qualification.

Once your Investor qualification has been revoked they can log in to the Investor Portal and perform qualification again.

Once they have edited their information and gone through the Qualification funnel once again. You can approve them with their updated information.
 

⚠️ Updating Investor Emails

Investors can update all their information in this way apart from their emails. In order to make those changes kindly contact support@tokeny.com and we can implement this for you.
