Token Migration Guide

This guide outlines the step-by-step process for migrating a token on the Servicing Application. You can use this process in the following situations:

Version Upgrade: Migrating the T-TREX token from one version to another (e.g., V3 to V4).

Blockchain Network Change: Moving a token from one blockchain network to another.

Private Key Loss: Reissuing the token in case the token owner's wallet private key is lost.

⚠️ Important Notice Before You Begin

Before initiating any token migration, you must contact our support team (support@tokeny.com):

Before starting the process – We will disconnect your token from the Investor Portal, as well as the Qualification and Subscription Modules (QM and SM).

Once the migration is complete – We will reconnect these modules to your new token.

Note: During the migration process, QM and SM will be temporarily disabled.

We highly recommend scheduling a specific date with our support team to ensure a smooth transition and real-time assistance.
