Sumsub integration guidelines

The mission of the KYC provider Tokeny integrated into the Qualification module is to streamline digital identity verification by ensuring it is straightforward, user-friendly, efficient, and in compliance with regulations. KYC (Know-Your-Customer) providers in the tokenization industry serve to establish a secure space, ensuring compliance with the regulatory environment, preventing fraud, ensuring investor legitimacy, and promoting trust in the digital asset space.

At Tokeny, clients leveraging our white-label Qualification module have the option to opt for SumSub

If, for any reason, you prefer not to utilize either of the two integrated providers and wish for the Tokeny team to integrate a different provider than SumSub, please be aware that our product team has no plans or capacity to integrate any additional KYC solution .

After you have confirmed to your CSM that you wish to use SumSub, your CSM will connect you with our Partner at SumSub. After you selected your plan and paid for your SumSub plan, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) can start the implementation of your SumSub instance into your white-labeled Qualification module. To activate your instance, the following will be required:

1. Generate the new App Token for both the sandbox and production environment

2. Share the encrypted ‘Token’ and ‘Secret Key’ values with your CSM with the name of your SumSub setup (aka "level name" "e.g. Level 'basic-kyc-level' by default)

3. Test the flow from both the investor & issuer perspective

1. Generate the new App Token for both the sandbox and production environment

  9. Finally, confirm your action by selecting 'Confirm saving and leave'.

2. Share the encrypted ‘Token’ and ‘Secret Key’ values with your CSM with the name of your SumSub setup (aka "level name" "e.g. Level 'basic-kyc-level')

Kindly provide the encrypted Token and Secret Key values to your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
