# Release Note: T-Rex Platform 1.27

-   The **Connect Wallet** feature allows investors to provide their wallet address during the Qualification funnel. Upon configuring the Qualification process, investors may be prompted to sign a challenge to verify their ownership of the provided wallet address. Once the wallet address is successfully verified through this process, it will be considered as "*Verified*."
-   Introducing new features to the TREX Factory: we have enhanced the existing functionality to enable the swift deployment of security on the blockchain with just a few clicks. Now, issuers have the capability to configure the following:  
    -   Shared identity registries: This allows for the creation of a common whitelist that can be shared across multiple tokens, i.e. a common database of potential investors.
    -   Custom compliance smart contracts: With this feature, issuers can tailor compliance measures according to their specific requirements. It provides flexibility in designing and implementing unique compliance needs at smart contracts level.
    -   Transfer of ownership at the end of deployment: We have introduced a seamless process to transfer ownership of the deployed security token. This ensures a smooth transition of ownership rights when the deployment phase is completed.
-   Subscription:
    -   Flexibility on investment input and fee calculations: token amount, investment net amount and total amount.
    -   Harmonize exchange rate decimal and rounding calculations.
    -   We have enhanced the user experience with streamlined processes and clearer instructions, making the subscription interface more intuitive and user-friendly.
-   Redemption feature for open ended funds: Introducing a new redemption feature that enables investors to redeem their tokens and allows issuers/agents to efficiently manage redemption orders.
    -   Notification emails: To ensure timely communication, notification emails are sent whenever a redemption order is placed, providing transparency and keeping parties informed.
-   Introducing NAV History: A new UX component displaying the historical Net Asset Value (NAV) of a token on both Issuer and Investor apps.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes:

-   Improved CEX deposit wallet management for a smoother experience.
-   Streamlined marketplace project creation.
