# First Token Deployment in Production - Checklist

Here’s a helpful checklist to guide you through the process of deploying your first token in production:

1.  Complete and pass APEX KYB Onboarding Procedure.
2.  Complete the ["Qualification Module" form](https://share.hsforms.com/1q1f6XhUhR6iul3qvaWQf0Q2bqhb) if applicable.
3.  Share with Tokeny the integration API keys for **SumSub** (see guidelines [here](https://d9awyx7m9zmryg2.productfruits.help/en/article/sumsub-integration-guidelines)) and **DocuSign** if applicable.
4.  Ensure that all due invoices have been settled.
5.  Verify the **Qualification,** **Subscription and** **Redemption Module Setup (if applicable)** in your testing environment.
6.  Test and validate the content and delivery of **Automated Transactional Emails Sent to Investors** after each action.
7.  Create your DNS record if you plan to leverage the Investor App with the following details:  
    **Name**: \[your\_domain\_name\]  
    **Type**: CNAME  
    **Value**: proxy-tls.tokeny.com
8.  Should you wish to customize the Investor Portal with your [logo](https://d9awyx7m9zmryg2.productfruits.help/en/article/investor-app-issuer-logo-guidelines) (.png), favicon(.ico), and [background](https://d9awyx7m9zmryg2.productfruits.help/en/article/investor-app-auth-background-image-guidelines)(.jpg), share the corresponding images with [customers@tokeny.com](mailto:customers@tokeny.com).
9.  If you’d like to use a custom sender email address for your transactional email, please contact [Support Request – PLATFORM](https://forms.zohopublic.eu/luc1/form/PlatformSupportForm/formperma/gAM-3Jg-pclPyjTHw72bSTbkXJN7pv1S0oNfNzZhajU) (see guidelines [here](https://d9awyx7m9zmryg2.productfruits.help/en/article/how-to-activate-the-custom-sender-email-address)).
10.  If you'd like to use **SumSub** in production, please share your encrypted level name, app token and secret key with [Support Request – PLATFORM](https://forms.zohopublic.eu/luc1/form/PlatformSupportForm/formperma/gAM-3Jg-pclPyjTHw72bSTbkXJN7pv1S0oNfNzZhajU) (see guidelines [here](https://d9awyx7m9zmryg2.productfruits.help/en/article/sumsub-integration-guidelines)).
11.  Request access to Production Servicing to [customers@tokeny.com](mailto:customers@tokeny.com). You will receive an invitation email from [noreply@tokeny.com](mailto:noreply@tokeny.com), with a temporary password to access [https://servicing.tokeny.com/auth/signin](https://servicing.tokeny.com/auth/signin.)[.](https://servicing.tokeny.com/auth/signin.)
12.  Deploy your first ERC-3643 token in production (see [Guide to configure and deploy an ERC3643 token](https://d9awyx7m9zmryg2.productfruits.help/en/article/guide-to-configure-and-deploy-an-erc3643-token)). If you intend to issue several tokens sharing the same investor whitelist please refer to [this article](https://d9awyx7m9zmryg2.productfruits.help/en/article/multi-issuers-how-can-i-ensure-my-tokens-share-the-same-qualification-module-2-2).
13.  After successfully deploying your first token, notify [Support Request – PLATFORM](https://forms.zohopublic.eu/luc1/form/PlatformSupportForm/formperma/gAM-3Jg-pclPyjTHw72bSTbkXJN7pv1S0oNfNzZhajU) to deploy and connect your Investor App to your Servicing platform.
14.  In parallel, you will be able to [add agents to your token](https://d9awyx7m9zmryg2.productfruits.help/en/article/how-can-i-add-agents-to-manage-my-token).
